Minamoto Kiyomaro: The master swordsmith of the Bakumatsu period from Shinano).

This exhibition catalog, titled "Minamoto Kiyomaro," published to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun, is an illustrated catalog (zuroku) of an exhibition held from April to May 1983 (Sh?wa 58). The exhibition was dedicated to the famous swordsmith of the late Edo period, Minamoto Kiyomaro, who hailed from Shinano Province (present-day Nagano Prefecture).

The catalogue contains photographs and detailed data on his masterpieces, including those classified as national treasures. It includes, among other things, commentaries from experts such as Honma Junji and Tsumoto Naotsugu, as well as a chronology of his sword-making.
